7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
a. Claim for damages from Joseph Deligiannis alleging a wrongful tow during a traffic
stop in the City of Orange.
b. Claim for damages from Joan R. Waggoner alleging personal injury when she tripped
and fell on an object laying along a sidewalk.
c. Claim for damages from Monica Wilson alleging property damage to her asphalt and
concrete pad caused by a CR &R trash truck.
d. Claim for damages from Lisa M. Caplinger alleging personal injury when she tripped
and fell on a raised portion of sidewalk.
e. Claim for damages from State Farm A/S /O David Garcia alleging property damage to
insured's vehicle after a collision with a City vehicle.
£ Claim for damages from Karina Diaz alleging bodily injury after a collision with a
City of Orange vehicle.
g. Claim for damages from Charles Schurter and Susan Chester alleging interference
with enjoyment of property with regards to violations of a conditional use permit.

by Hillcrest Contracting, Inc.; and authorization to file the Notice of Completion with

Company of Maryland State of Maryland Bond No. 7648132 in the amount of $155,329.00
