The analysis will be used to evaluate the intersection operation of Collins Avenue and Wanda Road and the ingress and egress configuration for the project site. Water facilities and a storage tank are located on the project site. The Santiago Creek Bike Trail is next to the east side of Fire Station 2. Once an alternative is selected, the Consultant will proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications of the street improvements and signal modifications.
