The following claim(s) have been received and investigated by the City Attorney's Office
and/or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:

b. Marsha L. Borleau
c. Asya Dadabhoy

Deny claim(s) and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster.

sewer line was cut.
b. Claim for damages from Marsha L. Borleau alleging personal injury resulting from a
trip and fall accident in the parking lot of Hart Park.
c. Claim for damages from Asya Dadabhoy alleging property damage to the
homeowner's foundation and boundary wall caused by City tree roots.
