Claim for damages from Manuel Villigan alleging property damage to his vehicle while backing into a parking space in a parking lot not owned by the City. d. Claim for damages from Michael Pratt alleging personal injury resulting from a fall from his wheelchair after rolling over a television cable vault cover. e.
