The following claim(s) have been received and investigated by the City Attorney's Office
and/or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:

during a high wind event.
b. Claim for damages from Manuel Hernandez alleging personal injury when he tripped
and fell on a sidewalk.
c. Claim for damages from Kimberly Pearson alleging property damage to her tire
caused by road debris.
d. Claim for damages from Jason Gardner alleging misconduct by the Orange Police
Department.
e. Claim for damages from AmeriCare MedServices, Inc. dba AmeriCare Ambulance
alleging loss of profits for ambulance services in the City of Orange.
f. Claim for damages from Raul Roberto Davila Barron alleging misconduct by the
Orange Police Department.
g. Claim for damages from Kim Watson alleging personal injury while playing softball
at a City park.
