This asphalt concrete overlay and slurry seal project will rehabilitate approximately 60 residential

accordance with our Pavement Management Plan, generally fall into the "poor to fair" category
and require work at this time to prevent total pavement failure and more costly reconstruction in
the future.
The proposed 6 arterial streets are as follow:
1. Glassell Street from Fwy. 22 to Culver Ave.
2. Meats Avenue from Glassell St. to Railroad tracks
3. Esplanade Street from Chapman Ave. to La Veta Ave.
4. Eckhoff Street from Orangewood Ave. to 370' south of Collins
5. Batavia Street from Katella Ave. to Taft Ave
6. Cannon Street from 960' south of Taft Ave. to Serrano Ave.
The scope of rehabilitation consists of, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of the
existing pavement, asphalt concrete overlays, removal and replacement of failed sections of curb
and gutter, driveways, sidewalks, cross gutters, spandrels, and adjustment of manhole and water
valve covers to grade.
