The following claim(s) have been received and investigated by the City Attorney's Office
and/or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:

Deny claim(s) and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster.

a. Claim for damages from Marie Medina alleging property damage when a City truck
collided with her vehicle.
b. Claim for damages from Bryan Garcia alleging property damage to his cell phone by a
City employee.
c. Claim for damages from Robert Maynard alleging property damage to his sewer
lateral caused by vibrations from cars driving over the City street.
d. Claim for damages from Shashi Jalota alleging property damage to a common fence
during a high wind event.
