7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
a. Claim for damages from Cole Robinson alleging property damage when his vehicle
sustained damage after driving over a loose utility cover.
b. Claim for damages from Rachel Pakula alleging property damage when her vehicle
sustained damage after driving over a manhole cover.
c. Claim for damages from Jaleh Tashakori alleging personal injury when he tripped and
fell over electrical pole on the sidewalk.
d. Claim for damages from John Huerta alleging his vehicle was improperly towed.
e. Claim for damages from Max Sanchez alleging property damage to his vehicle during
a high wind event.
