by a tree falling during a high wind event.
b. Claim for damages from Kari Moschetti alleging property damage to her vehicle
during pavement replacement. Claim sent to company responsible for repair.
c. Claim for damages from Carol Ogilvie alleging property damage caused by negligent
supervision of power lines.
d. Claim for damages from Brian Anderson alleging property damage to his sprinklers
caused by street construction. Claim sent to company responsible for repair.
