The following streets qualify for CDBG funds and have been selected for rehabilitation and reconstruction. 1) Palm Avenue: Main Street to Batavia Street 2) James Street Chapman Avenue to Palmyra Avenue 3) Victoria Drive: Mayfair Avenue to North End 4) Shirley Drive: Mayfair Avenue to North End 5) Malena Drive: Chapman Avenue to North End 6) Bennett Avenue: Malena Drive to West End 7) Sherman Avenue: Malena Drive to West End These streets were rated in the Citywide Pavement Management Program with a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) ranging from 24 -42 (out of a maximum score of 100) indicating the need for street rehabilitation or reconstruction. The seven streets will be bid together for economies of scale and ease of construction coordination.
