The following claim(s) have been received and investigated by the City Attorney's Office
and /or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:
a. Susan Jean Nieblas
b. The Daniel and Francine Scinto Foundation
c. Sedgwick subrogee for Mimosa Quach
d. Theresa Schwier
3. RECOMMENDATION
Deny claim(s) and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster.

a. Claim for damages from Susan Jean Nieblas alleging property damage caused by City
tree roots
b. Claim for damages from The Daniel and Francine Scinto Foundation alleging
interference with contractual relationship.
c. Claim for damages from Sedgwick subrogee for Mimosa Quach alleging personal
injury to Ms. Quach when she tripped and fell on a raised sidewalk.
d. Claim for damages from Theresa Schwier for property damage to sewer caused by
tree roots.
