and/or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:

7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
a. Claim for damages from Ricardo Guzman Gonzalez alleging dangerous condition of
public property when he was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street.
b. Claim for damages from Paulina Saavedra alleging personal injury when she tripped
and fell on a sidewalk. Claimant filed claim with wrong entity.
c. Claim for damages from Teresa Nardi alleging personal injury when she tripped and
fell on a sidewalk.
