2. SUMMARY
The following claim(s) have been received and investigated by the City Attorney's Office
and /or the Risk Manager. After a thorough investigation with the involved departments, it is the
recommendation of the City Attorney's Office that the claim(s) be denied:
a. County of Orange
b. Hsiuling L. Hu
c. Jonathan Hu
d. Ruben Munoz, Jr.
3. RECOMMENDATION
Deny claim(s) and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster.

a. Claim for damages from County of Orange for indemnity regarding a personal injury
traffic collision.
b. Claim for damages from Hsiuling L. Hu for indemnity, apportionment of fault and
contribution and declaratory relief regarding a personal injury traffic collision.
c. Claim for damages from Jonathan Hu for indemnity, apportionment of fault and
contribution and declaratory relief regarding a personal injury traffic collision.
d. Claim for damages from Ruben Munoz, Jr. alleging property damage when a tree fell
on his vehicle during a high wind event.
