a. Claim for damages from Elizabeth Ann Salio alleging personal injury resulting from a
traffic collision.
b. Claim for damages from Marilyn Cordova alleging property damage to sewer line
caused by city tree roots.
c. Claim for damage from Antonio Jusino alleging property damage when a City vehicle
caused damage to a parked car owned by another individual.
d. Claim for damages from Herbert D. Levy dba Levy Properties alleging property
damage to sewer line caused by a City contractor.
