LEGAL NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
PUBLIC MEETING
MEETING LOCATION: City Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange.

SUBJECT: Design Review 26-0148, Holden Detached Garage
PROPERTY LOCATION: 240 S. Grand Street | APN: 390-392-06
REQUEST: A proposal to construct a new 432-square-foot detached garage near the
western property line on a property designated as a contributor within the
Old Towne Historic District.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
Section 15303 (Class 3 – New Construction or Conversion of Small
Structures) because the project involves the construction of a new
private garage, which is considered a small accessory structure
appurtenant to a residential use.

FURTHER INFORMATION: All interested parties may submit comments and may be heard on any
relevant matter relating to the proposed actions by mail, email, voicemail,
