PROPERTY LOCATION:237 W.CHAPMAN AVENUE, ORANGE, CA 92866 (APN:039-173-10)
REQUEST:
A proposal to allow the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for on-site
consumption in conjunction with the operation of a restaurant and bar
with outdoor seating with a State of California Department of Alcoholic
Beverage Control (ABC) Type 47 License (On-Sale General-Eating
Place) at 237 W. Chapman Avenue.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
Section 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the request
consists of licensing the sale of distilled spirits in addition to beer and
wine within an existing tenant space.

All interested parties may submit comments and may be heard on any
relevant matter relating to the proposed actions by mail, email, voicemail,

agenda to be posted on the City’s website at www.cityoforange.org. To
