DATE:MONDAY, JULY 6, 2026 TIME:5:30 P.M.(or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT:CUP 25-0156 - CALIFORNIA REPUBLIC LEADERSHIP ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL PROPERTY LOCATION:1937 and 2011 W. CHAPMAN AVENUE, ORANGE, CA 92868 (APN 039-331-49) REQUEST:A proposal to operate a new charter school in two existing buildings and construct two new play areas within an existing parking lot on a property located at 1937 and 2011 W. Chapman Avenue. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the project involves a negligible expansion of an existing use, consisting of interior tenant improvements of two existing buildings, and conversion of two new play areas from the existing parking lot. Agendas are posted online at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
