NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 86-2 (SANTIAGO HILLS)
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 15-1 (SANTIAGO HILLS OVERLAY)
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 94-1 (SYCAMORE CROSSING)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the City
Council Chamber, 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California to consider the following items:
Santiago Hills and Santiago Hills Overlay – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the
annual levy of assessments for Fiscal Year 2026-27: and any other matter contained in Resolution No.
11677 adopted by the City Council on May 12, 2026.
Sycamore Crossing – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of assessments
for Fiscal Year 2026-27: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11678 adopted by the City
Council on May 12, 2026.
Any persons who wish to object to the proceedings should file a written protest with the City Clerk prior
to the time set for the public hearings.
FURTHER INFORMATION:All interested persons may be heard on any relevant matter relating to
the proposed action by attending the public hearing in person; or by submitting written comments as set
forth in the June 9, 2026, City Council agenda. Agendas are posted online at www.cityoforange.org at
least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
