LEGAL NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
PUBLIC MEETING
MEETING LOCATION: City Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange.

SUBJECT: Design Review No. 26-0060, Tarbell Home Addition
PROPERTY LOCATION: 173 N. Waverly Street | APN: 386-062-03
REQUEST: A proposal to add a total of 180 square feet to an existing single-family
home. The property is located in the Old Towne Historic District, and it is
designated as a non-contributing property.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because it consists of a negligible
addition (180 square feet) of less than 10,000 square feet to an existing
single-family residence, in conformance with allowable development in
the General Plan and in an area where public facilities and services are
available.

relevant matter relating to the proposed actions by mail, email, voicemail,
