NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that several vacancies exist on City Boards, Commissions, and
Committees due to the expiration of terms of office. These vacancies include:

experience and/or a designation of Certified Public Accountant
(CPA) is desirable.
No member of the Committee shall be financially interested in any
contract, or otherwise conduct any business with any member of
the City Council, the City Manager, the Finance Director, the City
Treasurer, or the City or any of its agencies, either on an
individual basis or as a partner, major shareholder, member, or
employee of any firm.

Applicants must reside in the City of Orange and shall have
at 5:30 month
general knowledge of land use and development.
*If appointed, members are required to file Statement of Economic Interests, Form 700. In addition,
AB 1234 Ethics Education and AB 1661 Sexual Harassment Avoidance Training certificates are
required.
