PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO REVIEW THE
FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
(CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAMS
FOR THE 2025-26 ACTION PLAN
The City of Orange receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and
HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds annually from the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City anticipates it will receive the
following estimated amounts for Fiscal Year 2025-26:
1. CDBG - $1,034,444
2. HOME - $354,053
30-Day Public Review of the 2025-26 Action Plan
The 2025-26 Action Plan is the first Action Plan of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and
outlines programs and projects that are recommended for CDBG and HOME funding.
Copies of the Draft 2025-26 Action Plan will be available at the following locations for a
30-day public review process from March 20, 2025 to April 21, 2025:

CDBG Program Committee Public Hearing
The CDBG Program Committee will hold a public hearing on February 13, 2025, at
6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to review and collect public
input on the Fiscal Year 2025-26 CDBG and HOME funding recommendations.
Members of the public can participate and submit comments as set forth in the February
13, 2025 CDBG Program Committee Agenda to be posted on the City’s website at
www.cityoforange.org.
