LEGAL NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
MEETING LOCATION: City Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange.
Members of the public can also access meetings on Spectrum Cable

SUBJECT: Conditional Use Permit No. 25-0005, 1886 Brewing Co.
PROPERTY LOCATION: 114 N. Glassell Steet | APN: 039-174-14
REQUEST: A request to amend an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow
live music as accessory use for a restaurant with ancillary brewing
operations.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the request is to amend an
existing conditional use permit to allow entertainment at an existing
restaurant. The request does not include any physical expansions.

FURTHER INFORMATION: All interested parties may submit comments and may be heard on any
relevant matter relating to the proposed actions by mail, email, voicemail,

agenda to be posted on the City’s website at www.cityoforange.org. To
