DATE: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025 TIME: 5:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: Design Review No. 5153, Monterrey Home Addition and Relocation PROPERTY LOCATION: 629 E. Washington Avenue | APN: 390-431-13 REQUEST: The applicant proposes to move an existing single-story residence approximately 15 feet to the south, and add 493 square feet on a contributing property located in the Old Towne Historic district at 629 E. Washington Avenue. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15303 (Class 3 – New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) because the project consists of a small addition to an existing single- family home. There is no environmental public review required for a Categorical Exemption.
