LEGAL NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
PUBLIC MEETING
MEETING LOCATION: City Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange.

SUBJECT: Design Review No. 25-0031, Delpinho Vehicular Rolling Gate
PROPERTY LOCATION: 742 E. Main Street | APN: 360-385-04
REQUEST: A request to install a new vehicle access gate on a commercial property
located at 742 E. Main Street. This property is located outside of the
historic district.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
15303 (Class 3 – New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures)
because the project includes the installation of a rolling gate that is
accessory to the primary building. There is no environmental public
review required for a Categorical Exemption.

relevant matter relating to the proposed actions by mail, email, voicemail,
