DATE: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2025 TIME: 5:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5154 - VOLT SITE INDUSTRIAL PROJECT PROPERTY LOCATION: 2411 N. GLASSELL STREET, 92865 (APN: 374-381-01 and -02) REQUEST: To demolish three existing detached multi-story office buildings and construct a new standalone industrial warehouse building (298,918 square feet) with 36 loading docks on the south elevation, an enclosed truck court area, detached trash enclosure and fire pump house, and surface off-street parking. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: Per the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) is currently being prepared by the applicant for City review. As part of the public hearing process, the document is required to be formally circulated for public comment and review prior to a formal public hearing before the Planning Commission.
