Investment Advisory Committee
January 28, 2026
The Investment Advisory Committee of the City of Orange, California convened on January
28, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Weimer Room, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Madrigal called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.

Led by Committee Member Paul Mittman

Present: Madrigal, Paul Mittmann, and Jordan Prell
Absent: Mark Mittmann
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
3. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
3.1. Investment Portfolio Update for October, November, and December of 2025.
City Treasurer Smith provided the staff report and distributed the Chandler Investment
Report for the period ending December 31, 2025.
The Committee received and filed the report.
