Chapman Avenue, Orange, California. 4:30 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLLCALL PRESENT - Murphy, Slater, Coontz, Spurgeon, Alvarez ABSENT - None 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None 3. CONSENT CALENDAR 3.1 Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Cassandra J.Cathcart, declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of September 26, 2000 at Orange Civic Center, Main Library at 101 N.Center Street, Police facility at 11 07 North Batavia, the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board, and summarized on Time-Warner Communications, all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office of the City Clerk.3.2 Request Agency confirmation of warrant registers dated September 7, and 14, 2000.ACTION:Approved. 3.3 Request approval of Redevelopment Agency Minutes, Regular Meeting. September 12,2000. ACTION:Approved. 3.4 Approval of a Notice of Release of Reservation of Right of First Refusal in connection with the Galleria L'Orange retail project at the southwest corner of Chapman Avenue and Main Street.SUMMARY: The Disposition and Development Agreement between the Agency and Sunstream Communities for Galleria L'Orange, the retail center at the southwest corner of Chapman Avenue and Main Street approved in 1989, contained a 15-year Grant Deed provision requiring the developer or any future owner to offer the center to the Agency prior to selling it to a private entity. This action releases the owner of that requirement.All other terms and provisions of the Agreement and Grant Deed will remain in effect.PAGEl ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES September 26, 2000 3. CONSENT CALENDAR (Continued) ACTION: Moved that the Agency Board of Directors approve the Notice of Release of Reservation of Right of First Refusal in connection with the Galleria L'Orange project and authorized the Executive Director to execute and cause said document to be recorded in the Official Records of Orange County. FISCAL IMP ACT: This action will have no fiscal impact on the Agency budget. MOTION - Murphy SECOND - Alvarez AYES - Murphy, Slater, Coontz, Spurgeon, Alvarez All Items on the Consent Calendar were approved as recommended.END OF CONSENT CALENDAR 4. To consider and take possible action upon such other matters as are orally announced by the General Counsel, Executive Director of the Board of Directors prior to such recess unless the motion to recess indicates any of the matters will not be considered in Closed Session.10.
