MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING JULY II, 2000
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on July 11,2000
at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,
California.

3.1 Declaration
of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Cassandra J.Cathcart, declaring posting
of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of July
11, 2000 at Orange Civic Center, Main Library at 101 N. Center Street, Police facility
at 1107 North Batavia, the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board,and summarized on
Time-Warner Communications, all of said locations being in the City
of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement
of said regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted
Declaration of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record
in the Office of the City Clerk.3.2
Request Agency confirmation of warrant registers dated June 22 and 29, 2000.ACTION:Approved.

7.1 Report
from the Assistant Executive Director regarding Resolution No. ORA-0373 authorizing execution
of a Cooperation Agreement with the City of Orange relating to the Katella Avenue
streetscape improvements adjacent to the Stadium Promenade Theaters and retail
complex. (RA2100.0 AGR-3367)SUMMARY:
Resolution No. ORA-0373 authorizes the execution of a Cooperation Agreement
with the City of Orange whereby the Agency will reimburse the City an amount not to exceed
425,000 ($250,000 is currently budgeted) for the construction of streetscape and landscape
improvements on the north side of Katella Avenue adjacent to the Stadium Promenade Theater
and retail complex. FISCAL IMPACT: $175,000 is available from Northwest tax exempt bond
proceeds to be appropriated to this proj ect.

RESOLUTION NO. ORA 0373
A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency authorizing the execution of a Cooperation
Agreement with the City of Orange relating to the Katella Avenue streetscape improvements
adjacent to the Stadium Promenade Theater and retail complex.

Resolution No. ORA 0373; and appropriate $140,000 from Northwest Tax Exempt bond proceeds
to Account No. 934-9821-485100-9196 ($250,000 is currently budgeted):
355,000 for construction, contingency, and Southern California Edison improvements; $35,000
for Public Works design coordination, construction administration and inspection; and
appropriate $35,000 from Northwest Tax Exempt bond proceeds to Account No. 934-
9821-486700-9196 for outside consultant services related to
project design.
