The City Council of the City of Orange, California, was called to order by the City Clerk
on December 24, 2002 at 4:30 p.m. and was adjourned due to a lack of quorum. The next
regular meeting of the City Council will be held on Tuesday, January 14,2003 at 4:30
p.m.
