MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 14,2003
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on January 14,
2003 at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.
