MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING September 28, 2004
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on September
28,2004, at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.

Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of September 28, 2004
at Orange Civic Center kiosk, Police facility at 1107 North Batavia, Shaffer Park;
all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members
of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting; and
available at the Civic Center City Clerk's Office and Main Public Library at
101 N. Center Street.ACTION: Accepted Declaration
of Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in
the Office of the City Clerk.3.2 Request

Orange Redevelopment Agency and Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc.RA2100.0 AGR-

establishment of a Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Program for the Orange Merged
and Amended Redevelopment Project Area. Also, consider a Commercial Rehabilitation Loan
Agreement with Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc. to rehabilitate its facilities located at

0437 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving and authorizing the
execution and delivery of a Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Agreement by and between the
Orange Redevelopment Agency and Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc" relating to the rehabilitation
of facilities located at 1717 West Collins Avenue, in the Orange Merged and Amended
Project

IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact for FY 04-05. Funds will be included in the CIP
budget beginning FY 07-08 at $70,000 per year for fifteen (15) years in Account No.
942-9800-485702-9211. The maximum total fiscal impact would be $1.05 million
over 15 years.8. LEGAL
