MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING March 23, 2004
4:30 P.M. SESSION
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on March 23,
2004 at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.

of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Mary E. Murphy,declaring posting of
Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of March 23, 2004
at Orange Civic Center in the north facing kiosk, Police facility at 1107 North Batavia
and Shaffer Park, all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely
accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said
regular meeting; and available at the Orange Civic Center City Clerk's
Office and Main Library at 101 N. Center Street.ACTION: Accepted Declaration
of Agency Posting and authorize its retention as a public record in
the Office of the City Clerk.3.2 Request

hearing with the Orange City Council to consider and take action on making certain findings that City-owned
real property located adjacent to and east of Manchester Avenue north of Sheringham Street
in the City of Orange is de~med surplus property;authorizing the transfer and sale
of the City owned surplus property to the Orange Redevelopment Agency; and approving the
subsequent sale of the surplus property by the Orange Redevelopment Agency to City
Town Center, L.P., a California limited partnership.CHAIRMAN MURPHY OPENED THE PUBLIC
