OF A REGULAR ANNUAL MEETING December 14, 2004 The
Orange Industrial Authority of the City of Orange, California, convened on December 14,
2004, at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.4:

1 Declaration of
the Secretary of the Orange Industrial Development Authority, Mary E.Murphy, declaring posting of
Orange Industrial Development Authority Agenda of a regular meeting of December
14, 2004 at Orange Civic Center kiosk, Police facility at 1107 North Batavia, and Shaffer
Park, all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members
of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting; and available
at the Civic Center City Clerk's Office and Main Public Library at 101 N.
Center Street.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of
Agency Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the Office
of the Authority Secretary.3.2 Approve Orange

4. REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES
4.1 Administrative Report from the Acting Assistant Executive Director on the Industrial
Development Authority of the City of Orange Issue A of 1997 on behalf of Control Air
Conditioning. (11300.0)
SUMMARY: Administrative Report from the Acting Assistant Executive Director regarding the
status of the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) of the City of Orange Issue A of 1997 on behalf
of Control Air Conditioning Corporation.
Jim Reichert, Acting Assistant Executive Director reported that due to the growth and expansion of
Control Air Conditioning, they had recently moved to another facility in another city.
Director Cavecche asked if the Authority would continue due to the move of the Control Air
Conditioning Corporation out of the City of Orange.
Mr. Reichert reiterated that this yearly report was on thc activities of the Authority and it was possible
that another bond issue could be considercd in the future with another company.
Dircctors concurred that a reassessment could occur in the future regarding the existence of the IDA.

Report has no impact on the City of Orange or Orange Redevelopment Agency budgets (the
