MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING August 9, 2005
4:30 P.M. SESSION
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on August 9,
2005 at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.

Second Amendment to the Owner Participation Agreement would amend the
definition of "On-Site Improvements" to include Minor Site Plan Review No.388-
05 to allow modifications to certain on-site improvements at Stadium
Promenade located at the northwest comer of Katella Avenue and Main Street. In addition,
the Second Amendment provides for Agency consent to transfer ownership fromSyufyEnterprisestoStadiumPromenade,
LLC.Discussion - Interim Economic Deevelopment Dircctor, Jim Reichert explained the on-
site improvements being perform cd.
Robert Atkinson, SYUFY Enterprises, detailed the proposed changes, including an
interior road to conncct the parking arcas; construction of three new buildings; and
enhancemcnt to landscaping and decorativc pavement that will revitalize the area and
entice new retailers and restaurant establishments.
He added that the parking lot security staff is addressing the problem of the Pond patronsusingtheparkinglots; and confirmed they are working with the established businesses
during the construction period.

The Agency adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Mary E. Murphy, declaring posting of
Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of August 9, 2005 at Orange Civic Center
kiosk, Poliee facility at 1107 North Batavia, Shaffer Park; all of said locations being in the City of
Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said
regular meeting; and available at the Civic Center City Clerk's Office.
