The Orange Industrial Authority of the City of Orange, California, convened on December 13,
2005, at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.

4.1 Administrative report from the Assistant Executive Director of the IndustrialDevelopmentAuthorityoftheCityofOrange. (11300.0)
SUMMARY: The Bylaws of the Industrial Development Authority require that an administrative
report of the Authority's activities for the prior fiscal year be presented to the Board of DirectorseachDecember.
Mr. Jim Reichert, Assistant Executive Director, reported there has been no activity in the Authority;but recommended that the Authority remain in business. There is no cost to the City and it providesatooltohelpattractbusinesstoOrange.
