SUMMARY: Asbestos and Lead Abatement and Removal, and Demolition of Buildings
at 1031 and 1037 W. Chapman Avenue, Orange. The contractor on said job was
American Wrecking, Inc.
ACTION: Accepted completion of work and improvements, authorized release of
retention funds, and authorized the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute Notice of
Completion.

at 1107 North Batavia, Shaffer Park; all of said locations being in the City of
Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said
