MINUTES OF A REGULAR ANNUAL MEETING Orange, California
The Orange Industrial Development Authority of the City of Orange, California convened on December
11,2007 at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Annual Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.

OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES
4.1 Administrative Report from the
Assistant Executive Director of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of
Orange.SUMMARY: The Bylaws of the Industrial
Development Authority require that an administrative report of the Authority's
activities for the prior fiscal year be presented to the Board of Directors each December.1
Discussion - Senior Project Manager Lisa
Kim
reported thereare no outstanding bonds issued at this time; but recommended that
the Authority remain in business. There is no cost to the City and it provides a
tool to help attract businesses to Orange.Page 1

7. ADJOURNMENT - The Authority adjourned
at 7:05 p.m.Declaration of the Secretary of the
Orange Industrial Development Authority, Mary E. Murphy,declaring posting of Orange Industrial Development
Authority Agenda of a regular meeting of December 11,2007 at Orange Civic Center
kiosk, Police facility at 1107 North Batavia, and Main Library at 407 E.Chapman Avenue, all of said locations
being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours
before commencement of said regular meeting.CLERK Page 2
