approval of Redevelopment Agency Minutes, Regular Meeting July 22,2008. (RC2500.D.

3 Award
of contract to Steiny and Company, Inc. to provide lighting installation services at the
South Grand Street Parking Lot. (RA2100.0 Agr-5319)ACTION: 1)
Awarded contract in the amount of $51,740 to Steiny and Company, Inc.and authorize
the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute the necessary documents on behalf of
the Agency; and 2) Appropriated $51,740 from the unreserved fund balance of the Northwest
and Southwest Merged Tax Exempt Bonds Fund (Fund 943) to Account 943-9800-
424500-9229 (South Grand Street Parking Lot

of a regular meeting of August 26, 2008 at Orange Civic Center kiosk, Police facility
at 1107 North Batavia, and the Main Public Library at 407 E. Chapman; all of
said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least
