MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING October 13, 2009
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on October 13,
2009 at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange California.

RequestAgency confirmation of warrant registers dated September 17, 22, 23, 25, 30,and October
1, 5, 6, 8, 2009.ACTION: Approved.

Requestapproval of Redevelopment Agency Minutes, Regular Meeting September 22, 2009. (
RC2500.D.4)ACTION: Approved.
3.3
First Amendment to Attorney Services Agreement between the Orange Redevelopment Agency
and the law firm of Kane Ballmer & Berkman to provide legal services
with regard to various redevelopment projects. (RA2100.0 Agr-5247.A.
1)ACTION: Approved
and authorized the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute a First Amendment to
Attorney Services Agreement with Kane Ballmer & Berkman.MOTION - Dumitru

The Redevelopment Agency recessed at 8:55 p.m. to a Closed Session for the following
purposes:
a. Conference with Legal Counsel -Anticipated Litigation
Initiation of litigation pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(c). - One potential
case.b.
To consider and take possible action upon such other matters as are orally announced by the General
Counsel, Executive Director of the Board of Directors prior to such recess unless the motion
to recess indicates any of the matters will not be considered in Closed Session.10.
ADJOURNMENT -The Agency adjourned at 9:40p.m.Declaration
of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Mary E. Murphy, declaring posting
of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of October 13, 2009 at Orange
Civic Center kiosk, Police facility at 1107 North Batavia, and the Main Public Library at
407 E. Chapman; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members
of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular meeting.MAR
