MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING July 14, 2009
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on July 14, 2009
at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange
California.

RequestAgency confirmation of warrant registers dated June 18, 25, and July 2,2009.ACTION:
Approved.

Requestapproval of Redevelopment Agency Minutes, Regular Meeting June 23, 2009.RC2500.D.
4)ACTION: Approved.
3.3
A Cooperation Agreement between the City of Orange and Orange Redevelopment Agency relating
to reimbursement by the Agency for costs associated with engineering and
design services for the Vapor Extraction System at Yorba Park.See related
Council Agenda Item No. 3.4) (RA2100.0 Agr-5435)ACTION:
1) Appropriated $46,375 from the unreserved fund balance of the Merged 2008
Tax Exempt Bonds to account 944-9800-485100-3051 (CIP -Other
Capital Outlay,Yorba Park Methane); 2) Approved the Cooperation Agreement between the
Agency and City; and 3) Authorized the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute
the Cooperation Agreement on behalf of
theAgency.3.4 Cooperative Agreement No. C-9-0243 between
the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), the City of Orange and the
Orange Redevelopment Agency for Parking Capacity Expansion at the Orange
Transportation Center (OTC). (See related CouncilAgenda Item No. 3.

3.5 A Cooperation and Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Orange and the
Orange Redevelopment Agency for reimbursement by the Agency to the City for
costs related to certain public improvements along portions of Lemon Street, Grove
Avenue, Emerson Avenue and Cypress Street. (See related Council Agenda Item

and authorized the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute on behalf of the

The Agency recessed at 7:10 p.m. to Closed Session for the following purpose:

m.The July 28, 2009 Orange Redevelopment Agency meeting has been cancelled. The
next Regular Meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2009 at 4:30p.
m.Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Mary E. Murphy,
declaring posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of July 14, 2009
at Orange Civic Center kiosk, Police facility at 1107 North Batavia, and the Main Public Library
at 407 E. Chapman; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible
to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular
meeting.PACE
