Chapman Avenue, Orange California. 4:30 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLL CALL PRESENT -Smith, Murphy, Cavecche, Dumitru, Bilodeau ABSENT -None 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS -None 3. CONSENT CALENDAR 3.1 Request Agency confirmation of warrant registers dated June 4 and 11, 2009. ACTION: Approved. 3.2 Request approval of Redevelopment Agency Minutes, Regular Meeting June 9, 2009. RC2500.D.4) ACTION: Approved. 3.3 Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Orange and the Orange Redevelopment Agency for FY 2009-10. (RA2100.0 Agr- 3283.J)See related City Council Minutes Item 3.7)ACTION: Approved the Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Orange and the Orange Redevelopment Agency, and authorized the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute on behalf of the Agency.3.4 Award of Contract to Alley Cat Development, Inc. for construction of certain upgrades and repairs to the Royer Building located at 307 E. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS (Continued) RESOLUTION NO.ORA- 0501 A Resolution of the Orange Redevelopment Agency approving and authorizing the execution of a cooperation and reimbursement agreement by and between the City of Orange and the Orange Redevelopment Agency relating to reimbursement by the Orange Redevelopment Agency of a portion of the cost of railroad grade crossing safety enhancements and improvements at certain grade crossings within the City.MOTION - Dumitru SECOND -Murphy AYES -Smith, Murphy, Cavecche, Dumitru, Bilodeau Moved to: 1) Adopt Resolution No. ORA-0501; and 2) Appropriate $2,100,000 from the unreserved fund balance of the Merged 2008 Tax Exempt Bonds to Account 944-9800-481100-6065 (Quiet Zone Improvement Project).8. LEGAL AFFAIRS -None 9. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION NOTE: The Agency did not recess.a.
