MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING June 9, 2009
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on June 9, 2009
at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange
California.

ProfessionalServices Agreement between the City, Orange Redevelopment Agency,and the
PM Group, Inc. for the design and printing of the Orange Progress City newsletter/community
services brochure for FY 2009-2010. (RA2100.0 Agr-4692.B)

ACTION: Approved the agreement in an amount not to exceed $105,000; and authorize
the Chairman and Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the Agency.
