Chapman Avenue, Orange California. 4:30 P.M. SESSION 1. ROLL CALL PRESENT - Smith, Murphy, Cavecche, Dumitru, Bilodeau ABSENT - None 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS -NONE.3. CONSENT CALENDAR 3.1 RequestAgency confirmation of warrant registers dated May 21 and 28, 2009.ACTION: Approved. 3.2 RedevelopmentAgency Minutes, Regular Meeting of May 26, 2009. (RC2500.D.4)ACTION: Approved. 3.3 ProfessionalServices Agreement between the City, Orange Redevelopment Agency,and the PM Group, Inc. for the design and printing of the Orange Progress City newsletter/community services brochure for FY 2009-2010. (RA2100.0 Agr-4692.B) See City Council Minutes Item No. 3.8 for related item.) ACTION: Approved the agreement in an amount not to exceed $105,000; and authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the Agency. Conference with Real Property Negotiator -Real property negotiations pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8: Property: 125 Pixley Street (Assessor's Parcel No. 386- 463-17)Agency's negotiators: Jim Reichert, Assistant Executive Director and Barbara Messick, Project Manager Negotiating Parties: Orange Redevelopment Agency and Leonardo Reyes Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment b. Conference with Real Property Negotiator -Real property negotiations pursuant to Government CodeSection 54956.8:a) Two non-contiguous parcels of unimproved real property consisting, together, of approximately 4,603 square feet generally located on the south side of West Chapman Avenue,east of Rampart Street, which are owned by the Orange Redevelopment Agency (Assessor's Parcels No. 231-641- 13, 231-641-14 and 231-641-15); and b) an unimproved parcel of real property consisting of approximately 7,317 square feet generally located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Chapman Avenue and the Interstate 5 Freeway (a portion of Assessor' s Parcel No. 231-641-15), which is owned by ATC Development, LLC.Agency's negotiators: Jim Reichert, Assistant Executive Director and Lisa Kim, Senior Project Manager Negotiating Parties: Orange Redevelopment Agency and ATC Development, LLC Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment c.
