MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING February 22, 2011
The Orange Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orange, California convened on February 22,
2011 at 4:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange California.

1. ROLL CALL
PRESENT - Whitaker, Smith, Cavecche, Dumitru, Bilodeau
ABSENT - None
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1 Confirmation of warrant registers dated February 3 and February 10, 2011.
ACTION: Approved.
3.2 Redevelopment Agency Minutes, Regular Meeting of February 8, 2011.

ACTION: Approved.
3.3 Cooperation and Reimbursement Agreement with the City of Orange relating to
reimbursement by the Orange Redevelopment Agency for costs associated with
rehabilitation of the Royer Building parking lot within the Orange Merged and
Amended Redevelopment Project Area. (RA2100.0 Agr -5717)

ACTION: 1) Approved the Cooperation and Reimbursement Agreement with the City of
Orange; and authorized the Chairman and Agency Clerk to execute on behalf of the
Agency.

10. ADJOURNMENT
The Redevclopment Agency adjourned at 6:10 p.m. to an Adjourned Regular Meeting Study
Session on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the Weimer Room at City Hall to conduct
a Redevelopment Agency Workshop.
The next Regular Redevelopment Agency meeting will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 4:30
p.m.
Declaration of the Clerk of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, Mary E. Murphy, declaring
posting of Orange Redevelopment Agency Agenda of a regular meeting of February 22, 2011 at
Orange Civic Center kiosk, Police facility at 1107 North Batavia, and the Main Public Library
at 407 E. Chapman; all of said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to
members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said
