NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public
hearing,Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, to consider adopting an updated
Master Schedule of Fees and charges for various city services, permits, licenses, inspections, and
other municipal activities. These fees aim to recover the reasonable cost of providing services.
AVAILABILITY OF REPORTS:
Copies of the proposed fee schedule and related documents are on file for public inspection and
copying starting December 23, 2025, in the office of the City Clerk, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange California, during regular business hours and on the City’s website at:

Not later than 72 hours prior to the hearing, the proposed resolution, report, and related information
will be available as part of the staff report once the agenda is published on the City’s website at:
https://cityoforange.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx.
INVITATION TO BE HEARD:
All interested persons may be heard on any relevant matter relating to the proposed action by
attending the public hearing in person; or by submitting written comments as set forth in the
January 13, 2026, City Council agenda.
