MEETING LOCATION: City Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange.

SIGN PROGRAM
PROPERTY LOCATION: 191 N. Orange Street | APN: 039-252-17
REQUEST: A proposal to establish a master sign program for a newly renovated
commercial building. The property is located in the Old Towne Historic
District, and it is designated as a non-contributing property.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the project consists of
establishing a new sign program for an existing two-story commercial
building.

FURTHER INFORMATION: All interested parties may submit comments and may be heard on any
relevant matter relating to the proposed actions by mail, email, voicemail,

agenda to be posted on the City’s website at www.cityoforange.org. To
