LEGAL NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

MEETING LOCATION: City Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 345 S. Pixley Street | APN: 041-134-13
REQUEST: A proposal to add a total of 491 square feet to an existing single-family
home. The property is located in the Old Towne Historic District, and it is
designated as a non-contributing property.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because it consists of a negligible
addition (491 square feet) of less than 10,000 square feet to an existing
single-family residence, in conformance with allowable development in
the General Plan and in an area where public facilities and services are
available.
