DATE: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2025 TIME: 5:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: Design Review No. 5146, Regalado Home Addition PROPERTY LOCATION: 412 S. Pixley Street | APN: 041-141-24 REQUEST: A proposal to add a total of 305 square feet to an existing single-family home. The property is located in the Old Towne Historic District, and it is designated as a non-contributing property. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because it consists of a negligible addition (305 square feet) of less than 10,000 square feet to an existing single-family residence, in conformance with allowable development in the General Plan and in an area where public facilities and services are available.
