Section 3 Revised Scope of Services. The Scope of Services" Section l. Exhibit A
of the Original Agreement. is hereby amended, rnodified and supplernented to include the services
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Section 6. Integration. This First Amendment amends, as set forth herein. the
Original Agreement and, except as specifically amended hereby, the Original Agreenrent shall
remain in full force and effect. To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between
the terms and provisions of this First Amendment and the tenns and provisions of the Original
Agreement, the terms and provisions of this First Amendment shall control and govern the rights
and obligations of the parties.

year and day first above written.

Exhibit A: Scope of Work
Task 1: Radio configuration and testing
• Check radio installations at the Well28 panel and report to the City with any issues
• Program GE Orbit 900MHz radio installed in the CP1 panel at Well 28
• Program access point radio in the yard
• Align the existing antenna at the well #28 radio
• Adjust radio parameters, test and record radio performance data
• Save and back up radio configuration file
• Test communications between well 28 PLC and SCADA server
Task 2: Project Coordination and management
• Coordinate with other parties on the project team
