LEGAL NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
PUBLIC MEETING
MEETING LOCATION: City Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange.
Members of the public can also access meetings on Spectrum Cable
Channel 3 and AT&T U-verse Channel 99 and streamed live and on-
demand on the City’s website.

TIME: 5:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard)
SUBJECT: Design Review No. 25-0007, Doting Residence
PROPERTY LOCATION: 623 E. Washington Avenue | APN: 390-431-14
REQUEST: A proposal to replace a non-contributing patio cover and add a total of
307 square feet to an existing single-family home. The property is located
in the Old Towne Historic District, and it is designated as a contributing
property.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
15303 (Class 3 – New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures)
because the project consists of a small addition to an existing single-
family home. There is no environmental public review required for a
Categorical Exemption.
