NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 86-2 (SANTIAGO HILLS)
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 15-1 (SANTIAGO HILLS OVERLAY)
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 94-1 (SYCAMORE CROSSING)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public
hearing at a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as
may be heard, in the City Council Chamber, located at 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange,
California for the following landscape maintenance districts:
Santiago Hills – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2025-26: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11611
adopted by the City Council on May 13, 2025
Santiago Hills Overlay – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2025-26: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11611
adopted by the City Council on May 13, 2025
Sycamore Crossing – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2025-26: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11610
adopted by the City Council on May 13, 2025
Any persons who wish to object to the proceedings should file a written protest with the City
Clerk prior to the time set for the public hearings.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing or submit comments as set forth in
the June 10, 2025, City Council agenda to be posted on the City’s website
